Insoglio del Cinghiale, a Super Tuscan from the Tuscan coast

Isoglio del Cinghiale means literally “the [wild] boar’s pond” and it is inspired by a 19th-century painting depicting boar hunting in Tuscany.

This blend of mostly Syrah and Cabernet Franc comes from the Tuscan coastline, where cool evening temperatures are ideal for the cultivation of fine red wine and where the wild boar like to play and bath in the many ponds and estuaries that dot the coast.
