Ciao Bello chef Bobby Matos works closely with owner Tony Vallone to source ingredients, create classic Italian cuisine, and design menus that combine the young chef’s talents with Tony’s years of experience in the kitchen. “Our best Mother’s Day menu ever at Ciao Bello,” says Tony.

“Chef Bobby’s cooking has never been better,” says Ciao Bello creator and owner Tony Vallone.

“I’ve been so pleased with the quality and flavors coming out of the kitchen at Ciao Bello,” he noted recently, “I’m confident that this year’s Mother Day’s menu and celebration at the restaurant will be our best ever.”

That’s no small praise from the man who “virtually defined fine dining in Houston,” as Houston Chronicle restaurant critic Alison Cook has written.

This year, Ciao Bello will be celebrating mom’s special day with a $45 multiple-option menu, featuring Italian classics, Gulf Coast seafood, and some of Tony’s personal favorite recipes.
