Tortellini modenesi (Bologna dinner preview)

The new Tortellini Modenesi at Ciao Bello are stuffed with imported Mortadella and Prosciutto di San Daniele and then topped with a light tomato and basil sauce.

This is just one of the dishes that Tony will speak about at the March 6 “Bologna” dinner at Ciao Bello, the next event in Tony’s “Italian Regional Cuisine” dinner series.
