An Evening in Piedmont with Tony Vallone June 24

Tony is calling this event the “wine dinner” of his Italian Regional Cuisine Dinner series.

Not only will it feature a four-course Piedmontese menu created especially by Tony for the event, but it will also include a Barbaresco and Barolo, two of Italy’s greatest and most collected wines.

“Piedmont is one of Italy’s great food meccas,” says Tony.

“But now Piedmontese menu would be complete without Barolo and Barbaresco. Both of these wines are made from 100% Nebbiolo, a grape that some would call Italy’s most noble.”
