Another fantastic event in Tony’s Regional Italian Cuisine Series

We just wanted to say thanks to the sold-out crowd who came out last night for the “Evening in Milan with Tony Vallone” event last night at Ciao Bello, the last in his series of Italian Regional Cuisine Dinners.

The star of the evening was the Osso Buco “Leonardo” (see image below): “a study of veal” including “a mini shank and chop with saffron-infused risotto.”

Yesterday’s dinner was the last in the series for 2014.

But Tony will be launching a new series in early 2015.
